Westmount Community League Is The Latest To Go Solar

Edmonton: Westmount community league is getting a 16.25 kW solar upgrade. The solar panels are going up on Friday, June 15th, and will cover most of the southside roof of the historic 100-year-old building.

The move will save the community league approximately $1,600 a year on their electricity bill and will help cement the league’s commitment to sustainability. Gridworks Energy Group, a local solar installation, and training company is installing solar panels.
